Al Bateen Academy Admission Process

The Al Bateen Academy admission process comprises of four simple steps- submission of enquiry form, school tour, submission of application form and offer acceptance. The inquiry form is available online on the official website of the school.

1. First of all, the parents need to provide two contact details in the form- one of the parent/ guardian responsible for invoice payments.
2. Next, basic information about the student like name, date of birth, gender, will be asked in the form. Provide all details correctly and submit the form.
3. After this process completes, a Parent Relations Executive will contact the parents within 2 working days and schedule the school tour and meeting.
4. Parents can then proceed with the submission of application form after which the Admissions Team will get back in touch.
5. To complete the enrolment form, the parents need to upload child’s passport or Emirates ID and their most recent school report.
6. Within 2 working days, selected students will be offered a place at the school which they can accept by submitting the registration fee.

Eligibility Criteria

• FS2/ KG1- The age of the student should be 4 years to apply for FS2/ KG1 admission. It means the child should have his/ her date of birth fall between 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020.
• Year 1/ KG2- The age of the student should be 5 years to apply for Year 1/ KG2 admission. It means the child should have his/ her date of birth fall between 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2019.
• Year 2/ Grade 1- The age of the student should be 6 years to apply for Year 2/ Grade 1 admission. It means the child should have his/ her date of birth fall between 1 September 2017 to 31 August 2018.
