Charlie Sheen was born on September 3, 1965, in New York City to Janet Templeton and Martin Sheen. His father was an actor while his mother was an artist. His older brothers and younger sister are all actors.

Charlie Sheen’s professional acting career began in 1983 with the movie “Grizzly II: The Predator”, a sequel to the horror movie “Grizzly”. However, the movie remained unreleased until 2020. Later he started receiving minor roles in movies like “Red Dawn”, “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”, etc. However, Sheen’s first major role came in the 1986 Vietnam War drama “Platoon”.
