DPS Kollam Admission Process
Currently, DPS Kollam offers admission from Nursery to Class IX. You need to follow a simple registration process for which details are given below:
- Application forms are available online both online and in the admin office. (Incomplete forms will not be accepted)
- The Application form has to be filled online under admission link on website or to be collected from admission office.
- The Application form has to be submitted along with required documents by uploading online or at the admission office.
The following documents are to be submitted with the application form:
- Two recent passport size (6×4) photographs of the student.
- A copy of the Birth Certificate. (In case the child’s name is not there in the Birth Certificate kindly provide an affidavit stating the name of the child)
- A copy of the parents and student’s Aadhar card
- Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
- Certificate required for proficiency in Games/ Co -Curricular/ Outstanding Achievements. (if any)
- Copy of marksheets of last annual exams. (Grade 2 above)
- The hostel application form has to be filled for a hostel admission.
