Eligibility Criteria

Check below the eligibility criteria for the West Yas Academy admission in terms of age limit and date of birth.

• Nursery- 3 years (Students born between 1 September 2020 to 31 August 2021 are eligible).
• FS2/ KG1- 4 years (Students born between 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020 are eligible).
• Year 1/ KG2- 5 years (Students born between 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2019 are eligible).
• Year 2/ Grade 1- 6 years (Students born between 1 September 2017 to 31 August 2018 are eligible).

West Yas Academy Admission Process

1. Interested parents can fill the online enquiry form providing details such as student’s name, age, gender, class to be enrolled in, etc.
2. The form will also ask for two contact details (one of the parent/ guardian responsible for invoice payments).
3. After providing all the required information, the form can be submitted online.
4. A Parent Relations Executive from the school will contact the parents within 2 working days of form submission.
5. Parents will then be able to book a tour or a meeting with the Senior Leadership team.
6. The Admissions Team will get back in touch with the parents within 2 working days for conducting assessment of the ward.
7. Within 2 working days of a successful assessment, the student will then be offered a place at the school.
8. Shortlisted students can accept the offer and make payment of the registration fee.
