Agneepath Army Bharti 2023: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh had announced Agneepath scheme on 14th June 2023 which focuses on recruiting Indian youths in Indian Army, Indian Navy and India Air Force. 46,000 soldiers would be added every year in Indian armed forces through Agneepath recruitment.

“The Cabinet Committee on Security has taken a historic decision today to approve the transformative scheme of ‘Agnipath’,” Rajnath Singh said.

Though through Agneepath recruitment 2023, 46,000 soldiers would be recruited in Indian Army, Indian Navy and India Air Force for an initial period of 4 years. Out of 46,000 soldiers around 25% would be appointed for an additional tenure of 15 years on permanent commission. Rest can leave with a one-time Seva Nidhi of Rs. 11.71 lakh plus interest. Please note this amount would be tax-free and an individual can utilize the same to fulfill his/her future dreams.

The Indian armed forces will conduct recruitment rallys at different locations and the selected 4-years soldiers would get a salary of Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 per month plus allowances.

Soldier Nursing Assistant Candidates should have passed 10+2 or intermediate with subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English and scored at least 50% marks in aggregate and 45% marks in each individual subject.
Soldier Technical Candidates should have passed 10+2 or intermediate with subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English.
