Ahmedabad International School Application Process 2024

For Grades 1 to 7

Parents are required to fill up the online waitlist form and make payment of application fee. As soon there is vacancy you’ll be notified through email containing the process needs to be followed.

For Grade 8 IGCSE (Cambridge)

Parents are required to fill up the online waitlist form and make payment of application fee. As soon there is vacancy you’ll be notified through email containing the process needs to be followed.

For Grade 11 – IBDP and AS Levels

Please follow the procedure as discussed below:

• Parents are required to fill up the online application form and make payment of application form.
• Further, they need to take the entrance test which comprises of a mix of objective questions, multiple choice answers, and written descriptive responses.
• The date of conducting the class 11^th entrance test will be intimated through email.
• Those have cleared the entrance test will be invited for a virtual interaction with the school admissions team along with their parents. Admissions decision is communicated within 7 days of the interaction.
• Parents are required to submit the necessary documents and make payment of registration fees to confirm admission within 3 days of the admission decision being communicated.

Documents required to be submitted before the entrance test:

• An official copy of the student’s scholastic record
• Photocopy of the parents’ final degree certificate
• No due certificate issued by the current school, with official sign and seal of the school.
• A copy of the child’s birth certificate
• International applicants are required to go through the International Applicants page

Copies of documents may be certified by a notary, a gazetted officer or the principal of the school. Wherever a photocopy is submitted, the original document should be made available upon request.

Following documents need to be submitted to confirm the admission:

• Admission Acceptance Form duly signed by both parents
• The candidate should submit the official school transcript/report card of the grade they are studying in.
