Age Criteria

| Class 1 | The fresh registration is held every year. It depends upon Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghthan whether they would like to conduct online or offline registration for class 1. |
| Class 2 to 7 | There will be an offline registration based on seats available. No admission test would be conducted and admissions are granted on the Priority Category system. |
| Class 9 | An admission test including subjects English, Hindi, Maths, Science, and Social Science will be held. The total marks of the question paper will be 100 and candidates are given 3 hours of time to solve the question paper. |
| Class 10 | Fresh admission to Non-KV students is offered based on availability of seats. Candidates should have at least 55% marks in class 9 to apply to class 10 admissions. |
| Class 12 | Fresh admission to Non-KV students is offered based on availability of seats. Candidates should have at least 55% marks in class 11 to apply to class 12 admissions. |

About KV Araria
Established in the year 2005. It was established initially to provide education to the wards of defense employees and other Employees of Central Govt. Established as Primary School (Classes I to V) Later on the classes are upgraded.Class XI started in session 2014-15 with Science Stream.School is extended to 2 sections from classes 1 to 10th in year 2013. Now we have class XII in this session 2015-16.Vidyalaya shifted to new building at EKONA ZERO MILE in November 2013 . Vidyalaya made the admission process flexible in accordance with the popularity of KVS and accommodate all the eligible candidates in our Vidyalaya.
