Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 drops hot pepper sauce, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup beer, 1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

• Melt some butter in a saucepan and pour flour, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
• Mix these ingredients properly in the saucepan while keeping the flame low at all times.
• Keep stirring the mixture until it turns smooth and bubbly.
• Now, remove the saucepan from the flame and add some milk with continuous stirring.
• Put the saucepan again on flame and stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
• Slowly pour in beer and cook it for another 1 minute. Don’t forget to keep stirring. Beer can be skipped if anyone does not like it.
• Gradually add the Cheddar cheese into mixture until it dissolves and mixes completely. The sauce is now ready to use
• Toast some bread in a toaster, pour the delicious sauce all over it and serve it hot.
