RPSC Syllabus 2024 – Download the latest RAS/ RTS Syllabus PDF

Rajasthan Public Service Commission is the authority responsible for preparing and releasing RPSC Syllabus 2024. The Syllabus is designed to test the knowledge and skills of candidates who are seeking to join the civil services in Rajasthan. The syllabus covers a wide range of topics, including Indian history, geography, economics, political science, public administration, sociology, and law.

Additionally, the syllabus also includes questions on the Indian Constitution and the Rajasthan State Government. Candidates must also be prepared to answer questions on Rajasthan culture, traditions, and customs. After clearing this examination, candidates can work in Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS).

RPSC Pre Exam Pattern

The pre-examination is meant for screening only. The marks scored by candidates in the pre-exam will not be considered while preparing the final merit list. Here are some important things about the RPSC Preliminary Exam that you should know.

  • The standard of the paper will be that of a Bachelor’s Degree level.
  • 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions will be asked in the exam.
  • All questions will carry equal marks
  • ⅓ marks will be deducted in case of an incorrect answer.

RPSC Main Exam 2024

The number of candidates to be invited to the main exam will be fifteen times the number of vacancies. The written examination will consist of four papers which will be descriptive /analytical in nature. Every paper will be of 4 hours duration. The standard of General Hindi and General English will be that of Sr. Secondary Level.
