SilverZone International French Language Olympiad (iFLO)

SilverZone Foundation will conduct the French Olympiad (iFLO) tentatively in the month of December 2023/ January 2024. The objective of iFLO is to make French learning an interesting and interactive process and to assess their knowledge of this language. Interested and eligible candidates can obtain the form from their school and should submit it back to the school only. Eligibility Criteria

All students from class 6th to 10th studying in a recognized school affiliated to a recognized board are eligible to apply for the SilverZone International French Language Olympiad 2023.

Application Form

  • The SilverZone Foundation will send the application form for iFLO 2023 along with the prospectus to the registered.
  • Candidates can obtain the application forms by contacting the iFLO coordinator of their school.
  • Into the application form, the candidates will have to provide details such as name, class studying in, school name, gender, etc.
  • Duly filled application form, complete and correct in all manners, should then be submitted back at the school.

  • Result of the SilverZone International French Language Olympiad will be declared tentatively in the month of February 2023.
  • Students will be able to check their result by visiting the official website of SilverZone Foundation www.silverzone.org.
  • Other than this, the candidates can also contact their coordinator for the result of the French Olympiad.

SilverZone International French Language Olympiad 2023 Awards

Each winner will be entitled to one award for an exam. The winners will be entitled to the higher level award only. The international top 3 rank holders will be entitled to awards based on their International ranks. Awards accruing to them for their Zonal ranks will be given to the next rank holder. Similarly, class award accruing to a Zonal award winner will be given to the next rank holder. The awards and prizes will be sent to the school within 3-4 weeks after the result is declared on SilverZone website. The rank-wise award granted to the candidates is given below.

FAQs

Where can I find the details related to the French Language Olympiad exam?

The details of the manner in which the test is to be conducted will be sent with the question papers.

In case two or more candidates get same rank, how will the award be granted?

For up to 10 students getting same rank, award amount will be distributed equally. In addition, each winner will be awarded a Trophy in the applicable category and Certificate. In case 11 & more students get same rank, in place of cash award, each winner will be awarded with exciting prize and a medal (in the applicable category) and a Certificate.

Do I need to submit my application form to the SilverZone Foundation?

No. The application form should be submitted by the candidates at their respective schools. Applications submitted directly to the SilverZone Foundation will not be processed.

If my school does not want to be registered for the SilverZone International French Language Olympiad, how can I apply for the same?

Candidates can only apply for the SilverZone International French Language Olympiad only via their school. No other way of making applications is possible.

Can a student of class 12th apply for the French Olympiad?

No. Only the candidates of class 6th to 10th are eligible to apply for the French Olympiad.
