The Model School, Abu Dhabi was established in 1987 as a small branch of NI Model School, Dubai. The school soon started attracting students from different countries thus bringing many languages, cultures and educational expectations to its premises.

The Model School provides an opportunity to identify the inherent talents of the children so as to lead the younger generation into the future where they are ready to face any challenge thrown in front of them.

Eligibility Criteria

The Model School accepts children of the following ages into the given classes:

KG 1	4 years
KG 2	5 years
Grade 1	6 years

Admission Process

The registration process for admission to The Model School begins from the month of October every year.
Parents interested in admission for their wards at the school need to register the names of their wards.
All the registrations will be made online via the school’s website www.themodel.ae.
Applications submitted after the specific date, incomplete, with incorrect information, etc. will summarily be rejected.
Selection of the students will be made on a lottery basis (KG classes) and on performance tests conducted by the school (all other classes).
Tests will be conducted on three papers; English, Maths and Science/ EVS.
The procedure and mode of entrance tests for all other classes will be announced later.
The syllabus of the admission test will be based on the syllabus of one previous grade.
Allotment once made will be final, binding to all and no revision will be made thereafter.
