Eligibility for BBPS Admission

For admission to pre-school, the age of the children should be minimum 3 years as on 31st March of the year of admission. Also, the child must not attain the age of 4 years on the specified date.

Application Process

• The online application form is released in the month of December and can be obtained from the official website of the school.
• In the application form, the parents are required to provide basic details of their wards and themselves.
• An application/ registration fee of Rs. 25/- will also be charged.
• The fee payment receipt & copy of application form along with distance proof should be submitted in the drop box available at the school gate.
• Children whose applications are received in time will only be considered for admission.
• Depending on the information furnished in the application form, points will be distributed to the wards for admission.
• If any detail supplied by the parent in the form is found to be incorrect, registration will be cancelled.

Admission into Pre-school will be given on the basis of point system. There will be no interaction with the parent/child.

Points will be allocated to the applicants on the basis of the following criteria:

In case two or more students get the same punts, the tie will be broken by draw of lots method.

Final admission will only be granted after successful verification of the documents.

• Birth certificate under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Certification Act, 1886
• Hospital/ Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) register record
• Anganwadi Record
• Declaration of the age of the child by the parent or guardian

Address Proof (any one)

• Ration card issued in the name of parents (mother/ father having name of the child)
• Domicile certificate of child or of his/ her parents
• Voter identity card of any of the parents
• Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ Water bill
• Unique identity card of mother/ father/ child issued by Government of India
• Passport in the name of any of the parents or child

Income Proof (any one)

• Income certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar
• BPL Ration Card (Yellow Colored)
• AAY Ration Card (Pink Colored)

Proof for Disadvantaged Group (as applicable)

• A certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other Competent Authority
• Caste Certificate issued by DC Office
• Medical Certificate from Govt. Hospital, in case of children with special needs/ disabilities
