CBSE Date Sheet 2024 (Released): Know Class 10th and 12th Exam Date and Timings

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon release CBSE exam date 2024. With the help of CBSE date sheet 2024, students can plan their study schedules in a better way. It will also help them allocate time for each subject to ensure that they cover all the topics before the exams.

To use the CBSE time table 2024, students must download the same in PDF format. They should then take a printout and stick it on their study table or wall. This will help them keep track of the exam dates and plan their studies accordingly. Students should also make a note of the timing of each exam so that they can reach the exam centre on time.

Update: CBSE class 10th and 12th exam will be held from February 15, 2024. The official date sheet will be released very soon.

CBSE Class 10^th Date Sheet 2024

It is expected that CBSE will release the class 10^th date sheet in December 2023. Knowing the date sheet or timetable early is crucial for 10^th class students because they will be appearing for the board exams for the first time in their academic careers.

According to a circular issued by CBSE, the board will make sure that there are enough gaps between exams of two subjects. You may check out the CBSE Date Sheet for class 10^th based on the previous year’s data as given in the following table.

• Starting of practical exams – 1^st week of January 2024
• Last date for practical exams – 2^nd week of February 2024
• Beginning of class 10^th Theory Papers – 3^rd week of February 2024
• Final examination for class 10^th– 3^rd week of March 2024

CBSE Class 12 Exam Date 2024

For class 12^th, the examinations are expected to begin in the 3^rd week of February 2024. CBSE will instruct schools to conduct practical examinations from the 1^st week of January 2024.

The school will also complete the project assessments before the commencement of exams. Schools will then upload the marks of practical and project assessments on the CBSE website. CBSE will also take care of competitive exams including JEE main while preparing the date sheet for class 12^th. After the release of CBSE Class 10^th or 12^th Time Table 2024, you may download the same by following the steps below.

• First of all, you will have to visit the official website of CBSE i.e. www.cbse.gov.in/
• You will get the link to date sheets on the homepage of the official website.
• After that, you need to choose the class for which you want to download the date sheet i.e. class 10^th or class 12^th.
• Now, the date sheet will get downloaded in the form of a PDF File.
• Save the PDF file and take a printout for future requirements.

Important Exam Day Instructions by CBSE

• The board will provide 15 minutes of reading time for the students to read the question paper.
• The duration of each examination will be mentioned on the date sheet and admit card.
• Students should maintain strict discipline in the examination centre.
• No student will be allowed to take communication devices in the examination centre.
