Maharashtra PUP/ PSS Scholarship 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for appearing in the Maharashtra PUP/ PSS Scholarship examination 2024 are given below.
Domicile:
- Only the candidates belonging to the state of Maharashtra can apply for the scholarship exam.
Age limit:
- For PUP, the age of the candidates should not be more than 11 years (15 years for PH candidates).
- For PUP, the age of the candidates should not be more than 14 years (18 years for PH candidates).
Income criteria:
- The annual family income of the candidate from all sources should not exceed Rs 20,000/-.
Academic criteria:
- For PUP, the students of class 5th studying in a recognized school/ board are eligible to apply.
- For PSS, the students of class 8th studying in a recognized school/ board are eligible to apply.

The basic Maharashtra PUP/ PSS Scholarship exam pattern 2024 overview is given below:

Admit Card
- The admit card for appearing in the Maharashtra PUP/ PSS Scholarship examination 2024 will be published on the official website.
- Candidates should take a printout of the admit card and carry it with them while reporting to the exam center.
- Only the candidates holding a valid admit card will be allowed to enter the exam hall and give the exam.
- The candidates should keep their admit card safe from damage or distortion as such admit cards will not be considered as valid.

Answer Key
- The answer key for both PUP and PSS exam will be made available on the official website.
- Candidates can check the answer key of their exam and if they find any discrepancy, they can raise objection against the same.
- Any grievances against the answer key can be submitted to the authorities within 10 days of release of the answer key.
- Authorities will verify these objections and if error is found, they will correct them. Final answer key will be uploaded on the official website again.
Result
- Result of the scholarship exam will be declared by the authorities through online mode and can be check from official website.
- Using their seat number, the candidates will be able to check their result.
- A merit list of the qualified students will be made on the basis of marks secured in the scholarship exam.
