Banks in Telangana state will remain close on most of the Government holidays that are listed above. Banks are also closed on Sundays and second and fourth Saturdays of every month. Earlier, banks used to work on all Saturdays (half day only) but now it remain close on second and fourth Saturdays and open on first, third and fifth Saturdays.
