DMRC CRA Syllabus 2024: Exam Pattern of Customer Relations Assistant Recruitment in DMRC

There will be two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2 in DMR CRA recruitment test. DMRC CRA syllabus 2024 for paper 1 comprises of subjects including General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and knowledge of the discipline/trade, while paper 2 will have questions from General English.

The recruitment of Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will be a three-stage selection and it includes:

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (Two Papers)

Stage 2: Psycho test (it is qualifying in nature)

Stage 3: Medical Exam following the prescribed medical standard

The selection process will evaluate various facets of skills, knowledge, comprehension, physical fitness and aptitude. Candidates have to pass each stage successfully including the medical test to get appointment.

DMRC CRA Exam Pattern

There will be three stages of selection for DMRC CRA posts and it includes:

  • Stage 1: Computer Based Test (Two Papers)
  • Stage 2: Psycho test (it is qualifying in nature)
  • Stage 3: Medical Exam following the prescribed medical standard

Let’s understand all three stages one by one:

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (Two Papers)

Paper I Pattern

  • Type of questions: There will be multiple-choice objective type questions.
  • Language mode: Bilingual (Hindi/English)
  • Total number of questions: 120 questions
  • Negative marking: Yes, there will be negative marking in the exam. 1/3 marks would be deducted for every incorrect answer.
  • Exam duration: The exam will be conducted over duration of 90 minutes (1.5 hours)
  • Subjects: General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude  knowledge of the discipline/trade

Paper II Pattern

  • Type of questions: There will be objective type questions.
  • Language mode: English
  • Total number of questions: 60 questions
  • Negative marking: Yes, there will be negative marking in the exam. 1/3 marks would be deducted for every incorrect answer.
  • Exam duration: The exam will be conducted over duration of 45 minutes.
  • Subjects: General English

Psycho test for Customer Relations Assistant: This section is qualifying in Nature.

Medical Exam: Shortlisted candidates are required to take medical fitness test according to the medical standard prescribed by DMRC.
